Hi Gerry,

I'm still reading the daily blogs....and I'm glad you finally have Broadband to send pictures....BUT not one picture of you in there. As far as I'm concerned you're still in Phil's Pub in Uxbridge, not Phils as in Philippines. As the saying goes - "The proof is in the pudding" and it doesn't look like pudding is on the menu at Phil's Pub.
Get someone to take a picture of you or use the self-timer setting on the camera....but your audience needs to see you in there somewhere- with badminton racket in your hand or eating rice and ice-tea or haggling with a cabbie...or all three pics. That would be great!! (I know it sounds like I'm giving you a hard time, but I'm sure we would all like to see how you are doing).

I hope you're enjoying yourself, as I'm sure you are. 7 months can go fast, so cherish every minute.
Be safe, have fun.
......and say Hi to Phil for me. hahaha
take care,
Gary.....can't wait for the next episode.

Hi Gerard, very interesting pictures, I didn't realize Manilla would be such a modern city. it looks like downtown Toronto with all the high rise buildings. your condo looks great and you have a nice view from the 18th floor. Do you have a balcony? now I can picture how things are in your (neck of the woods) take care-stay safe...P.S. is there a spare bed for me and Anne, only Joking! Mary

Hi Gary, Yes no pics of me yet, I'm trying to avoid people having to look at a fatter and older version of me now !!!
Of course I will be putting some pics of me on here at some time, I have had some taken by others and am waiting for them to email them to me.
Yes you're right 7 months does go fast so I will enjoy it all.
You take care Gary.

Hi Mary, Yes I do have a small balcony but the only access is to climb throught the window, a filipino did it when he cleaned my windows but he was about 7 stone, I don't think my frame would manage it, anyway I would be too scared to be out there, remember I get vertigo standing on a thick carpet.
In saying that I did jump out of a plane at 9,000 feet but somehow it felt different.

HiPatsy, thanks, no I am too busy to do much over here. Tell Paul that I have received messages from a "paul" but as I know 5 "Pauls" I never know which one. Please tell him to read my post on "comments" then he will understand it better. My replies to his comments are all there if he goes back to the posts that he commented on.
P.S. Patsy could you type in lower case as Capitals in the internet world is equal to shouting. I presume that you are unable to see any of my pics, that's a shame.
Take care and regards to Joe and everyone.
