2nd post today

I woke up yesterday morning with backache so took it easy all day ( as I usually do anyway !) I did play badminton last night but just played easy games. This morning is the same so I might have to have a massage (genuine sports) to see if it helps, if it doesn't help my back at least it will brighten up my day and keep me away from the rice.

I'm hoping to be online by the end of this week, it was supposed to be working by last Friday but that is Filipino time so if I get it by the weekend I will be happy but also lucky.

If anyone else is reading this other than my sister Anne, please remember you can leave a message under "comments", it will give Anne a break from having to keep doing the comments.

Sounds like you are having an amazing time out there - lucky you! Have just caught up on your blog and trying to look at your photies. How was the massage then?!! ;) Sounds like you have found yourself in the badminton world - hope you have found lots of friendly people, sure you have. I have just returned from the UK from an interview and now settling back into SL.....will give it my best shot! Have been thinking of you and glad so far so good. Will be in more regular contact now, promise! Axx

Hi Gerard,

I enjoy keeping in touch with you, if you take the time to type it up I or someone else should answer.

You should give up badminton (playing) for a couple of days and get a message for your back. You dont want to be bothered with backache for the next 6 months.
At your age its everything in moderation................

I have quite a lot of mail for you including bank and tv license, would you like me to post them to you this week.

Hope you get online soon as it would save you time and money.

Autumn is now here some good bright cold days and some horrible rainy days, just like your weather!!!!!!..

When we were in New York last week it was in the 80's it brightens up your day and also helps your bones and joints, thats the first sign of old age.

I know my day will not be as rich in enjoyment as yours, never mind my day will come.
